Baltimore Crab Cakes

Crab Cakes are a delicacy. They aren't any better than the ones served at Mo's Crab and Pasta Factory. A restaurant within walking distance from the conference hotel. Arrived an hour and a half later than scheduled in Baltimore last evening. Texted Michele Nolta earlier to pick the restaurant. What a great pick! A variety of crab dishes were on the menu. Crab salad, crab soup, crab sandwich, crab with linguini etc. We both chose the broiled crab cakes which were the size of baseballs and were among the best I have ever tasted. It also came with a large crisp garden salad and crusty dinner rolls.

During dinner we identified some minor changes that needed to be made to our presentation. We realized we still didn't have permission to use Katherine's image in the PowerPoint, so I called her. She had just flew in from London to attend the conference. Permission granted!

Great view from the conference hotel overlooking Inner Harbor. To bed at 11:00 pm (8pm San Diego time). Bed too soft. Floor was fine!

Awake at 5:10am (2:10 pm San Diego time). Excellent coffee maker.

20 minutes on the stationary bike and then 10 minutes in the dry sauna.

Scouted the conference room early this morning and checked the sound system in preparation for "Collaborative to Create Community" presentation. The presentation was well received. Many people approached Michele and I after the presentation to compliment the things we are doing in Culture Change.
